Birth Doula Support.
Calm, continuous support through pregnancy, birth and the first moments of meeting your baby.
Why have a doula at your birth?
For me, birth support isn't about replacing your partner or directing your choices. It's about helping you both feel informed, confident and deeply supported, whatever path your birth takes.
Birth is one of life's biggest transitions.
Whether your birth is calm, fast, long, joyful, unexpected or somewhere in between, having continuous support can help you feel informed, reassured and more able to navigate whatever unfolds.
Every birth is different, which is why my support is tailored to you, your partner and your hopes for the experience ahead.
Together, we'll shape the support around what matters most to you.

When labour begins, my role is to be a calm, steady presence beside you. I'll provide emotional reassurance, practical guidance and physical comfort measures while creating the space for you and your partner to focus on welcoming your baby. My support is continuous, adaptable and centred entirely around your needs and choices.
During labour I'll offer support through:
Continuous emotional support
Comfort measures and position suggestions
Massage, breathing and relaxation techniques
Advocacy and helping you navigate decisions
Supporting your birth partner so they feel confident and involved
Remaining with you until after your baby is born
-
Birth doesn't end when your baby is born, and neither does my support. I'll stay with you during those precious first hours, helping you settle into parenthood, offering reassurance and making sure you feel supported before I leave.
This includes:
Time to celebrate and settle
Support with your first feed, if you'd like it
A gentle birth debrief
Help you feel confident before returning home or settling on the postnatal ward
A postnatal follow-up visit (if included in your package)
Whether this is your first baby or you're growing your family, my role is to be a calm, consistent presence, walking alongside you as you welcome your baby and begin this new chapter.

Every family is different, so we'll use our connection call to explore the kind of support that feels right for you. Whether you're looking for birth support on its own or a combination of birth, postnatal and planning, we'll shape a package around your family's needs.
Flexible payment plans are available. If spreading the cost would make things more manageable, please don't hesitate to ask.
Birth support is about so much more than the birth itself. It's about building trust, creating a relationship and knowing that, when labour begins, you'll have a calm, familiar presence by your side.
Looking for support beyond birth?
Many families choose to continue their journey with postnatal doula support, creating a seamless transition into the fourth trimester.
Choosing your doula is a deeply personal decision, and it's important that it feels right for both of us.
Our free, 30 minute connection call is a chance to get to know one another, talk about your hopes for your birth, and explore whether I'm the right fit for your family. There's no pressure and no obligation—just an honest conversation.
